Meet Michael - Massage Therapist & Corrective Exercise Specialist
Blending therapeutic massage with functional movement to help you feel better, move better, and live better.

From Army Service to Helping People Heal
After serving as an infantryman in the Army, I found a new mission: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Colorado Springs, I specialize in combining therapeutic massage with corrective movement techniques to support long-term healing and improved mobility. My approach goes beyond relaxation. I use targeted bodywork and functional movement strategies to address muscle imbalances, reduce chronic tension, and improve the way your body moves and feels every day.

Why I Do This Work
Helping people feel better in their bodies is more than a career—it’s a calling. I’ve seen how chronic pain, stress, and dysfunction can affect every part of someone’s life, from their posture to their mindset. That’s why I focus on more than just temporary relief. My goal is to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and create a path forward using both skilled manual therapy and movement-based solutions. Every session is a chance to reconnect people with their strength, comfort, and confidence.
Outside the Treatment Room
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, going to the gym, and spending time with my family. I'm passionate about continuing education and committed to living what I teach—practicing movement, breathwork, and mindful recovery as part of my daily life.
